Privacy

This website belongs to Gig's Place Bar & Grill, 220 E Locust St, Fairbury, Illinois 61739. It tells you about the food, the hours, and the events. It does not ask you for anything.

What this site collects

Nothing that you type in. There are no forms, no accounts, no newsletter sign-up, and no online ordering. The site runs no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking, and it sets no cookies of its own. The open-or-closed notice reads the time from your own device and sends nothing anywhere.

Like every website, our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs: your IP address, the pages requested, the time, and your browser type. They are used only to keep the site running and secure.

Google Maps on the home page

The map on the home page is shown by Google Maps. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies, as described in Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab). The other pages have no map.

Links to other sites

The Directions and Facebook links take you to Google Maps and Facebook. Nothing is sent to them unless you click, and once you are there, their own privacy policies apply.

When you call us

If you call to book the banquet room or ask a question, we use what you tell us to answer you and to hold your date. We do not sell or share it.
